We are zoned for the Madison City School District…
Our neighborhood is zoned for some of the top schools in the state of Alabama: Midtown Elementary, Discovery Middle School, and Bob Jones High School.

HOA Dues Information
The Reserve at Bridgefield is governed by a Homeowners Association that is incorporated and registered with the State of Alabama (see link “HOA Information” for more about our board and governing documents). The Homeowners Association collects annual dues to pay for the upkeep of the entrance way.
Annual dues are payable by July 1st. An invoice will be sent to each homeowner via mail. Dues can be made payable and addressed to:
